About

There's no entrance exam. No membership fee. No consultant signing off your logbook. If you've ever laughed at something on a ward that would horrify a normal person, congratulations — you're already a Fellow.

We're an apparel brand for the people who keep medicine human: doctors, and the tribes around them. We make graphic tees (and a growing range beyond) built on the one thing every hospital runs on besides caffeine and goodwill — humour.

Why we exist

Medicine asks everything of the people who practise it. The long shifts, the impossible rota, the weight of days that don't always end well. Humour is how doctors stay human through all of it — the puns, the pride, the private jokes, the shared eye-roll at 3am when there's nothing left to do but laugh.

That humour is one of the truest things about being a doctor. And nobody had made it something you could actually wear — something precise enough that another cardiologist, another surgeon, another exhausted F1 sees it across a corridor and instantly gets it.

So we did.

What we make

Not generic "trust me, I'm a doctor" merch. We make specialty-specific, insider humour across every mood — wholesome, cheeky, silly, wry, and yes, occasionally dark. Jokes so specific that if you're not in the club, you might be mildly confused. That's the point.

Surgeons and anaesthetists can keep arguing about who does the real work. Radiology can keep seeing everything. Psych can stay unbothered. We just put it on a t-shirt.

We give back

Humour is our thing, but so is the bigger picture. That's why we donate 5% of our monthly profits to Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) — supporting medical teams delivering care in some of the hardest places on earth.

Every shirt you wear helps put humour on one doctor's chest and medical care in another doctor's hands. Wear the banter, back the mission.

The club

We call ourselves a College because that's what it feels like — a fellowship of people who share a language outsiders don't quite speak. Wear the banter and you're saying I've been on that ward. I get the joke. I'm one of you.

No fellowship required. Just a good sense of humour and a healthy respect for hospital coffee.

Royal College of Banters — banter is the best medicine.
