How long does it take to get my package?
Orders are processed within 2–5 days, with estimated delivery times of 3-5 business days for the USA, though shipping may take longer during holidays. Long story short - you should get your package within 10 business days, but usually sooner!
Can I cancel my order?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. After a few hours, most items are already in the printing process, and we won't be able to stop it. If that happens, the item will be delivered to you, and you’ll need to return it to our warehouse before we can issue a refund, sorry!
What if something is wrong with my shirt?
We want you to love your RCB order—but if something’s not right, we’re here to help!
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ve got you covered with free returns or exchanges—just notify us within 30 days and include a quick photo so we can make it right.
Our team will get back to you within 2 business days (usually sooner!). Your happiness is important to us, so if you have any concerns at all, reach out—we’re always happy to help.
Can I return or exchange my shirt?
Yes you can! If you’d like to request a return or exchange, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your item by contacting us at royalcollegeofbanters.com/pages/contact. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. As a small business, each item is made to order with care, so we kindly ask that customers cover return shipping for standard returns or exchanges.
How should I wash my shirt?
• Turn the garment inside out to protect the print.
• Machine wash: cold (max 30C or 90F)
• Do not bleach
• Tumble dry: low heat
• Iron, steam or dry: low heat
• Do not dry clean
